Checklist:
Ingredients:
• 400 g string or green beans
• Salt
• 1/2 lime (or lemon)
• 1 small dried chili pepper flakes
• 2 tbsp breadcrumb
• 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
• 25 g hazelnuts
• 2 stalks parsley
• 1 clove garlic
• Pepper
Cookware:
• Cutting board
• Knife

Recipe:
Preparation:
1. Clean and wash 400gr string or green beans.
2. Roughly chop 25gr hazelnuts, peel and chop 1 clove of garlic. Wash 2 stalks parsley and shake dry, peel off the leaves and chop.
Cooking:
1. Boil the beans in boiling salted water for 6 minutes, drain and chill with cold water.
2. Heat 2 tbs virgin olive oil in the pan and briefly bake the hazelnuts. Then add garlic, 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, beans, salt, pepper and 1 small dried chili flakes. Bake for 20 minutes.
3. Put the mixture in a bowl and season with juice of ½ a lime and parsley.
